杨三思，中国人民大学农业与农村发展学院副教授，中国人民大学青年英才。美国华盛顿州立大学经济学博士。相关论文发表于《中国农村经济》，American Journal of Agricultural Economics, Climatic Change, Energy Economics, European Review of Agricultural Economics等国内外知名期刊。主持多项国家自然科学基金项目，作为主要参与人承担或完成国家自然科学基金重点项目、国家科技重大专项、国家社科基金重大项目等。
